Services
Vastram House provides bespoke tailoring, alteration, repair, customization, saree transformation and garment recycling services. All work is undertaken to the specifications agreed at consultation.
Orders & Quotes
Quotes are provided after consultation and inspection. Production begins only after you approve the design and quote. Timelines are estimates and may vary for intricate work.
Payments
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or cash on delivery. Advance payment may be required for custom and transformation work.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, refunds are assessed case by case as bespoke work cannot be resold.
Liability
We exercise the utmost care with every garment. For transformation and recycling of pre-owned items, we advise on feasibility but cannot guarantee outcomes affected by the original fabric's condition.
